dots2drops delivers skills development and enrichment services for software industry. Our approach will help holistic development of an individual and to the requirements of software industry.
We focus on three customer segments here:

Career Counseling
We provide career counseling services with a different approach - candidates' current competencies, present context, long-term career goals, alignment with life-goals and much more. This will vary from person to person. One size fits all will not work here. Every individual's aspirations, abilities and goals are different from another and again they vary with reference to time, context and many more variables and that can be captured only through one-to-one discussions with the candidates.

Research
dots2drops provides a research platform where individuals across the globe connect, discuss, share on research projects in the area of software. Here, we offer and take research projects. Also, our students need to work on REAL projects as part of their courses. They have lot of energy and enthusiasm to work on research projects. A Software Architect from Boston can offer research project (however small or big it is) to a student at dots2drops at its Hyderabad Campus. Soon, we will be expanding this platform to other cities in India, USA, Europe and Gulf;after which Companies, Professors and Architects from different countries will offer&monitor research projects to students sitting in another country.
